**Key Job Responsibilities**

Our guests are the essence of all that we do with regards to service delivery and enriching experiences offered. To create the ultimate stay experience for our guests, our colleagues must be able to adhere to the following hospitality requirements:

- To be updated on all resort and city happenings so that information can be given to enhance guest stay.
- To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay / visit, being offered the finest personalised service every time.
- To show warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal

customers.
- To handle all guest interactions with friendliness and professionalism, accommodating special requests and exceeding expectations.
- To share guest’s preferences and important highlights with the team and the management.
- To be able to take ownership of guest request and not refer guest elsewhere in proactive

approach.
- To manage guest’s complaints in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the

guest’s satisfaction and recording

**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**:

- To facilitate and deliver resort activities at a level which exceeds worldwide standards within all areas including the Waterpark, Pool and Beach which includes the safe set up and cleaning of all related operational equipment.
- To provide all guests with exhilarating, delightful and memorable experiences and results

which directly contribute to achieving the Companies Vision: To be the leading global

hospitality group of Thai origin.

**Qualifications**
- Secondary Education or equivalent.
- First-aid training and CPR/AED certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and good Team Spirit.
- 2 years minimum experience working in a multi-cultural / 5-star hotel environment with the

similar role will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: E£2,800.00 per month
