**Responsibilities**:

- Insuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires (Offering and contracting)
- Handling social Insurance and Labor Office transactions
- Handling Medical Insurance Renewals
- Creating and maintaining Employees Masterfile and personnel records
- Handling resignation, dismissal (exit process) and taking actions required
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with labor law and regulations on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor, health & insurance offices).
- Handling HR investigations and and following up on employees’ daily issues
- Participate in other HR functions such as payroll, personnel, employees engagement and handling employees daily inquiries

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience in the same position
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor and Social Insurance Laws
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Hard worker, passionate and excellent team player
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with excellent results
- Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
