IT Specialist

**Job Requirement**:
1- Provide technical assistance to internal users, resolving their computer software and hardware issues. This may involve troubleshooting, answering questions, and offering guidance.

3- Train users on new software and technologies, helping them adapt to changes within the IT infrastructure.

4- Manage user desktops and laptops, ensuring they are configured properly, updated with security patches, and functioning efficiently.

5- Implement and maintain basic security measures to safeguard IT systems and data (depending on the company's needs).

6- Troubleshoot technical problems using diagnostic tools and analyze system logs to identify root causes.

7- Maintain accurate documentation for IT procedures and user guides.

1- Experience with specific technologies relevant to the company's IT environment (e.g., Active Directory, specific software)

2- IT Help Desk experience

3- Customer service skills for providing user support.

4- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
