As an Associate Retail Account Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for efficiently conducting business transactions with tier 2 and 3 vendors. Your primary focus will be handling transactional and redundant operational tasks at scale to drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in buy-ability defects resolution, leads qualification, selection expansion, ensuring product availability, sourcing deals, and converting vendors into the direct fulfillment and sponsored ads programs. Your ability to navigate various vendor accounts, research and review SOPs, and communicate effective solutions will be essential. You will be expected to deliver excellence in Vendor Experience (VX), with a strong customer focus and a passion for process improvement. They demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures. 9) Coordinating with vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.. They propose solutions and agree with vendors on the most suitable business models for their business and pitch in programs such as Direct Fulfillment & Vendor Flex and onboard them upon acceptance. They maintain Amazon's competitive pricing edge by encouraging vendors to offer their most competitive prices and collaborate with vendors to provide attractive deals and promotions to customers. They broaden vendor portfolios to provide customers with a wider range of products while focusing on head brand (HB) items to drive selection expansion. They should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment and preferably with experience in eCommerce.
