As a demand generation lead, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate quality leads and revenues to Si-Ware. You’ll be required to manage Si-Ware’s presence and visibility across different online and offline channels and manage customer engagements at different touch points throughout their buying decision journey. You’ll also play an important role in ensuring the high level of effectiveness and

efficiency of customer engagement activities in terms of time and cost, report the outcomes of those activities, and propose ways to continuously improve lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align objectives of demand generation efforts and to evaluate their outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Generate quality leads by planning and executing campaigns that raise awareness about Si-Ware’s products and grab the interest of target customers.
- Work with different teams to develop tools and automate processes that facilitate customer journey, and track customers’ engagement and conversion throughout the customers’ buying journey.
- Develop content calendar to plan campaigns that meets the requirements of Si-Ware’s marketing plans and objectives across different channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure availability of digital content that satisfy the customer needs at different stages of customers’ journey.
- Analyze digital data and draw recommendation about website and content optimization.
- Evaluate and report important metrics that affect Si-Ware’s ability to reach quality leads.
- Develop events calendar to ensure Si-Ware’s visibility in relevant events.
- Manage preparation, execution, and analysis of Si-Ware’s presence in tradeshows and industry events.
- Help in estimating demand generation budgets and forecasts, and analyzing ROI
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing and promotions.
- Experience in B2B industries is a plus. Experience in technology related industry is a huge plus.
- Hands on experience with tools for managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands on experience with content management systems.
- Hands on experience with tools to measure campaigns’ performance and website analytics.
- Experience in managing creative agencies and content creators.
- Excellent communication skills in all different forms: oral, written, and technical documentation.
- Previous experience in managing marketing initiatives for global markets is a big plus.
- Excellent command of English language (Spoken and written).
