QA Qs Draftsman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Plan Interpretation**: Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans to understand project requirements and specifications.
- **Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation**: Accurately prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on project plans and specifications to ensure precise cost estimation.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Develop and prepare quotations for projects, ensuring that all elements of the project are accounted for and aligned with company standards.
- **Submittal Preparation**: Prepare and manage submittals, ensuring all documents meet project requirements and are submitted within the required timelines.
- **Delivery Note Arrangement**: Coordinate and prepare delivery notes, ensuring that materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- **Invoice Preparation**: Prepare invoices for completed work, ensuring accuracy in billing and adherence to contract terms.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **AutoCAD Proficiency**: Strong skills in AutoCAD for reading, interpreting, and preparing technical drawings and plans.
- **Experience in QS/QA**: Proven experience in quantity surveying and quality assurance, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost estimation and documentation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, quotations, and interacting with clients and team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction and manufacturing industry standards and practices. Experience with furniture, fabric, or related industries is a plus.

**Additional Information**:
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Autocad: 5 years (required)
- Preparing BOQ: 2 years (required)
- QA QS: 2 years (preferred)
