**Job Summary**:
As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing the materials that go into the products produced by the Company. You will be working with suppliers to determine which raw materials will be used in production, negotiate prices and terms of purchase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates all activities related to the procurement of raw materials from local sources, beginning with the intent to purchase through delivery.
- Create a PO for the supplier and send notification to the concerned departments to inform them of the new order.
- Follow up the purchase order process till you receive the goods in our warehouses.
- Ensures that the product fulfils the company's quality requirements and is delivered on time, at the agreed-upon price.
- Extracting the monthly receivable material reports.
- Keeps track of performance indicators including cost, cost-effectiveness, and service level compliance.
- Sourcing new suppliers to develop the approved suppliers list.
- Develop cost-effective raw material sourcing techniques while maintaining product quality and safety criteria.
- Coordinate with the planning department to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant major
- 2-4 years' experience in the same position
- FMCG Experience
