Job Scope:
- Ensure Cairo HUB operational activities and BAU is smooth and achieve the KPIS/SLAs whilst looking into simplification/enhancements and project automations to unlock capacity for the in-market teams for NAMET- RUB, Europe Region and aim to improve employee experience for our teams and customers.
- Manage all the system related activities, acting as the focal point with global team and other stakeholders for all system related touch points (Releases, Quality, Data reporting etc.). Through continuously improving data integrity and embedding it to our day-to-day business.
- Lead the team to deliver a high-quality service to the business. Drive a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to customers.
- Lead HR Operations projects and Set goals for the operations.
- Responsible for supporting the optimization team to be data driven and with the use of dashboards that support the operations.
- Responsible for driving process enhancements, simplification, and standardization, to better serve the markets and drive value to Unilever.
- Managing the weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance with the markets.
- Responsible for creating the employee satisfaction plan.
- Ensure a healthy environment for the HUB population and create a plan that contributes to employee satisfaction demonstrated in the annual Unilever employee survey (Univoice)
- Monitor and review the Function Budgets.
- Monitor the GDPR process for the HUB employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the employee data and accomplishing data consistency for new hires, moves, promotions and exits on Workday.
- Ownership of data accuracy in all elements, including merit/bonus plans, cost center, etc. in Workday.
- Manage coordination with 3rd party service provider for relocation cases.
- Supporting HRBPs, Talent Advisors and Payroll for data related actions and information requests.
- Performing data hygiene audits and drive data cleansing and employee tagging in Workday.
- Making sure that there is a correct Payroll interface between multiple systems (e.g. TRS, T&A) - and flag out errors and reporting it back to related HR responsible.
- Prepare utilisation data from the Benefits providers, for Employees and HR.
- Own all end-to-end systems transactions in case of system and integration issues.
- Responsible for creating and sustaining effective intersystem linkages.
- Sharing FTE reports and remuneration reports on a need-be basis or periodically, to related parties while adhering to data privacy and confidentiality clauses whilst sharing said data.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate from any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10 years experience in HR.
- Good understanding and experience in Workday, Visier, Talent Systems, Payroll systems and their interlinkages.
- Standards of Leadership
- High Ownership of day-to-day operations and the data accuracy and maintenance of the data in the system
- The Capability to engage and to support any internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required, and ensure all findings are investigated and resolved.
- Time management and commitment to meet deadlines to ensure that all standard reporting requirements into the business are delivered on time.
- Has a “customer care mindset”
