About the Job
We are changing the way people think about customer service, and we need your help We’re seeking a Concierge Executive for the recruitment process and coordination of our customer service representatives. The Concierge Executive plays a big role in creating the best experience for new hires as they are welcomed to IntouchCX.
As Concierge Executive, You Will
- Evaluate the post-induction feedback responses and share them with the stakeholder
- Conduct focus group discussions with new hires
- Provide new hire and agent feedback to the relevant stakeholders
- Join the weekly meetings with stakeholders to share and discuss solutions for agent concerns
- Maintain quality service by setting and upholding organizational standards
- Build relationships with internal employees
- Collaborate with different departments and employees at all levels
- Be adaptable to various shifts and open to working at different locations

As Concierge Executive, You Have
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- HR experience (considered an asset)
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
- Good judgment on sensitive issues and can maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and self-manage your workday
- Extensive people skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels with diverse backgrounds
- Motivation to help others thrive at work and maintain a positive attitude
- A professional and mature attitude with high empathy skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of work
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The flexibility to travel and work in different locations
