Job Description
**What you will do**
- Increase the agile maturity and continuous improvement culture of our squads, by working both as a dedicated team member and tribe change agent.
- Tackle issues at the tribe level and help the tribe leads to improve the processes such as planning at different levels (team level, roadmap, objectives).
- You know how to identify conflicts within teams and how to resolve them and make them a learning and improvement experience.
- Leading (at tribe/squads level) to optimal performance at a sustainable pace & high employee engagement.
- Coaching and helping improve the Engineering Manager and Product Manager roles, discovery and delivery techniques, and improve cross-tribe knowledge sharing.
- Work with other leads to create an environment with high autonomy, critical thinking, and high alignment, where teams learn to self-organize based on a strong and well-understood vision and clear KPIs.
- Work with other leads to create work systems heavily inspired by Agile & business values

Qualifications
**What you need to have**
- 2-5 years of experience working as an Agile Coach.
- 6+ years of experience working in tech industry (product based entities / Startup highly preferred)
- Track record in agile transformation experience (from X to Y experiment)
- Entrepreneurship mindset with ‘we can do’ attitude
