Pipeline Gurus is a reputable sales outsourcing firm specializing in providing sales expertise and support to startups and technology companies. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager at Pipeline Gurus, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to help drive their sales success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all sales-related activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on key performance metrics
- Monitor and track client performance, providing regular updates and reports
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients on sales strategies and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Experience working with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales strategies and best practices
