Then you might be our new Product Manager for soft starters and output filters in Danfoss Drives. **Responsibilities**:
As a product manager for soft-starters and output filters, you will be involved in various stages of the product life cycle, from providing technical support to customers and sales teams, to managing phase out activities, to developing new product offerings and ensuring their market success.
- Be the owner and responsible of a 25M€ product business.
- Motivate colleagues within sales and service to an over proportional growth ambition for your business.
- Develop and maintain product strategies and plans with a clear value proposition that support continues growth.
- Be the customer and Danfoss advocate in RnD teams, judging trade-offs and balancing cost and performance while constantly keeping focus on values, product complexity and competitor differentiation capabilities
- Support product launch activities, marketing, training and sales campaigns
- Provide inputs to documentation and training material and plan competence build-up in the organization
- Be the catalyst for power options and soft starters, knocking down barriers and motivate colleagues to increase awareness.
- Work with your suppliers, to ensure product quality and improvements/cost-downs throughout the product life cycle

**Background & Skills**:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or a relevant marketing education. As a decisive team player with positive attitude, you have ability to influence and navigate among internal and external stakeholders in the global organization. You are driven by results and performance, and you have a passion for your work. You are flexible, structured, customer focused. You possess excellent English communication skills and preferably also speak German. You are willing to travel as both suppliers are customers are international.
