- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Operate within the Assortment and SIOP process in Middle East. Liaise with EMEA SIOP team to ensure coordination and alignment with EMEA capacity planning.
- Manage SIOP process& Use and maintain Demantra as the primary forecasting system tool.
- Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. safety stock, ABC / FMR / LSO categorisation).
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence (finished goods and raw materials).
- Achieve goal of high material availability while optimizing inventory mix and balancing local production planning.
- Drive DOH & E&O reduction, along with improving the health of the inventory.
- Contribute towards high service level to customers and ensure corrective action are put in place (root cause analysis and action plan).
- Coordinate with other Supply Chain and other internal customers.
- Set up of optimized materials planning process, systems and parameters to fulfil overall goals (MRP)
- Plan replenishment across the Distribution Centre network (DRP) by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans.
- Extraction of BOQ'S from CRM & consolidation.
- Coordinate with other Supply Chain and other internal customers towards achieving all Material Kpi including and not limited to Stock Fill Rates / OTP/ ETC
- Control and deploy default MRP parameters / Purchasing Groups.
- Develop key suppliers to achieve financial and performance targets through deployment of proper supply planning.

- Implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods by regular review and optimisation of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. safety stock, ABC / FMR categorisation).
- Integrated SIOP program for all operations to achieve financial objectives. Lead the monthly SIOP process (integrating forecasts, open orders, capacity and material ordering levels).
- Maintenance Air-Ocean ratio to maintain an optimal balance between lead time and cost.
- Supervise all aspects of Supply Chain in adherence with Corporate, and Divisional policies to achieve business goals including adherence to Materials Management Assessment (MMA) for the ME business.
- Implement and facilitate lead time reduction initiatives and Service level actions related to material availability in DDC.
- Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence (finished goods and raw materials).
- Monthly / Quarterly / Year Inventory Forecasts and DOH control actions.
- Sales order cancellation quantitative analysis and control tower.
