**Requirement & Responsibilities**:

- Possesses 5 to 7 years of expertise in Ruby on Rails and Java ecosystem.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby and Java code.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AWS cloud services and a solid understanding of DevOps principles.
- A proven track record in hands-on software engineering, focusing on backend technologies, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud native.
- Extensive knowledge in computer science, providing a solid foundation for software development.
- Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration within the team.
- Rapid learning capabilities, enabling quick adaptation to new technologies and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, integral for addressing complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures, facilitating efficient and optimized code development.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows command-line interfaces, enabling effective system navigation and management.
