The Data Specialist(Temp) is responsible for overseeing and leading Alharam Beverage Masterdata Management and Data entry capabilities across al functional domains, implement data management programs and drives data quality activities on behalf of Alharam Beverage Company. He/She ensures hat data is understood, used and shared effectively, and in accordance with Heineken global quality and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensures that Master and Reference data is maintained according to relevanr standards and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participates in data cleansng projects for the Opco
- Ensure that master and reference data is maintained according to relevant standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and take action to address gaps or misalignments between local and global data needs, standards, processes, and policies
- Support and assist business information managers and data stakeholders in solving data issues.
- Responsible for escalating incomplete or unclear master data forms to the respective data owners / requestors.
- Support and provide data training for business process owners and data stakeholders.
- Ensure that master and reference data is maintained according to relevant standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

**Qualification/Experience/Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Are capable to maintain overview on complex organizational structures, business processes, and their interdependencies
- Good project management skills
- Good business analysis skills
- Analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
- Agile mind-set
- Willing to learn and improve constantly
- Have problem solving and root cause identification skills and you are not afraid to drive projects and really take ownership in making it a success.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people.
- Good team player
- Experience with SAP MDM is an advantage
