- Preparing reports on sales performance including forecasts, quotas, and commissions.
- Creating product listings, pricing items, and entering them into an online catalog or database
- Providing customer service support such as answering questions about products, assisting with returns or exchanges, and processing orders.
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients to discuss product features and benefits.
- Participating in sales meetings with clients to discuss product features, pricing, delivery
- Following up with clients after meetings to ensure that they are satisfied with the service received
- Processing orders, following up with customers to ensure that orders were received, and resolving any issues with the order.
- Knowledge of a CRM system would be a nice addition.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
- Relevant coursework includes sales, marketing, business and finance.
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of basic principles of Accounting.
- Be the missing link between Sales and Finance.
