Educational Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic counseling to students, helping them set personal and academic goals, develop study plans, and choose courses that align with their interests and career aspirations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their progress, provide feedback, and offer support and resources as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure that each student has the best possible experience at iSchool.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and achievements, and communicate this information to all stakeholders as needed.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support student success, such as study groups, wellness programs, and mentorship opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education and e-learning, and share this knowledge with colleagues and students.
- Participate in the development and organization of educational events and activities, such as workshops, conferences, and outreach programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in education and/or counseling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their full potential.
