**Responsibilities**:
- Address post-sales issues and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers who missed previous calls or require further assistance.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and provide excellent service to solicit positive reviews.
- Maintain accurate work orders and promptly report critical bulk issues to the domestic team.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes.
**Requirements**:
- Good learning ability and strong stability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent English speaking ability with clear pronunciation and effective verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Previous e-commerce working experience is preferred.
- Able to support US time as working time
Benifit:
- Work from home
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
