ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of our IT Recruiter role is to help us find highly skilled Rockstar talents. You will be the custodian of our recruiting system, tools and processes and responsible for end-to-end management of our recruiting activity. You will support managers in order to find untapped talents, attract, recruit and retain Rockstars within the market in Egypt or internationally.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talents to pull from as new
positions open up.
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talents.
- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database.
- Conduct employment background checks for future hires. Handle job fairs, communicating with universities and agencies to hire top talents.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Other qualifications include:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, any other relevant degree.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Fluent communication in English language.
- Experience in High-tech, Telecommunications, Digitalization and/or Software industries.
- Previous experience within a rapidly-scaling business and/or in a matrix organizational structure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
