Pimcore Consultant

Responsibilities

Take a part in support and development of implemented PimCore Platform as a technical support and system maintenance specialist, including:

- Provide Technical Support for users, bug fixes and implement enhancements to PimCore platform
- Collaborate with team members from business customer, partner and business users to provide the fastest resolving of user’s issues with the best quality
- Conduct training for users
- Customize code within the PimCore platform
- Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
- Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
- Create and update project documentation (FD’s, user guides, training materials, other documents if needed)
- Work with ITSM solution (Jira) to track and keep under control all assigned tickets
- Work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Perform other tasks related to the project

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with MDM systems as a consultant/software engineer
- Strong Relational database skills (SQL)
- Prooven experience of coding using PHP and Symfony framework
- Hands-on experience in interaction and support of users on-site and remotely, including working with ITSM solutions and conducting training sessions
- Experience with troubleshooting and bugs fixing
- Hands-on experience in creating project documents (FD’s, User Manuals, Training materials, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in DevOps processes
- Professional Certificates preferred
- Experience in the PimCore platform is an advantage
- Excellent English is a must
