**Job Description for PRO**

Job Summary:
The PRO will be responsible for facilitating the immigration process for individuals and businesses. The coordinator will work closely with clients, government agencies, and legal professionals to ensure that all immigration requirements are met and that clients' immigration needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and legal professionals to ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
- Provide administrative support to immigration attorneys, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and conducting research as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of immigration-related policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Higher secondary or Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience in immigration services or related field.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Fluency in English is required**, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
