- Understand and analyze business requirements to identify any gaps or missing specifications/prerequisites needed to perform development and testing activities based on TIBCO BusinessWorks solution

**Qualifications**
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics
- B.Sc. in Computer Science
- 4 -6 Years of experience
- Strong programming skills in languages and databases such as Java, DB Oracle, PostgresDB and other commonly used like JSON, XML, XSD
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies, such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), message brokers, and middleware.
- Strong Knowledge of software system architecture and the ability to design integration architectures that align with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
- Experience in Web services protocol like REST, SOAP and experience in building and consuming web services
- Experience in RESTful API design principles, best practices
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms and tools (e.g: TIBCO, WebMethods )
- Ability to design and implement robust integration solutions.
- Experience in version control systems like Git for codebase changes
- Excellent team-leading skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent Team spirit and communication abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- High sense of ownership and commitment
- Good attention to details
- Good analytical and decision making skills
- Proactivity
- English is a must.
- German or French is a plus

**Other Specifications**:

- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tool for automating the build, test and deployment processes
- knowledge of SOA concepts and experience with web services, integration and Enterprise Service Bus technologies
- Good knowledge in Agile Scrum
- Excellent Troubleshooting and debugging skills
