Your Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs to employees in the logistics and supply chain industry
Develop training materials such as handouts, videos, and powerpoint presentations
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Identify individual and organizational training needs
Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry trends
Provide feedback and coaching to employees during training and follow-up sessions
Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience in designing and delivering IT training programs
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to assess and evaluate training program effectiveness
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
Knowledge of trends in computer technology relating to software
Ability to conduct research into course development and delivery concepts, as well as technical software issues
Experience/Prior Training/Knowledge in Logistics, Customs and freight forwarding domain is a plus.
Must have fluency in both English and Arabic
