**About this Opportunity**:
We work with local teams, global R&D teams and AI centers of excellence over the globe to develop, test, sell and deploy Ericsson’s leading Cognitive Software products and features in customers’ live networks.

We are looking for a regional head of AI & Analytics to lead the team.

**What will you do**:

- You are typically a data & AI enthusiast who enjoys creating value of AI and Analytics solutions. You carry a great passion to communicate with people and tell them about Artificial Intelligence importance and potential
- Work closely with a brilliant team of data scientists, data analysts, data engineers, analytics solution architects and engagement managers to explore AI & Analytics solution deployment options, architecture, and connectivity
- Actively analyze technology and market trends for spotting opportunities and threats
- Act as a trusted advisors to stakeholders and customers on how to run transformation efforts and show how a change today will impact our results tomorrow

**What will you bring**:

- Solid understanding and hands-on experience overseeing sales and delivery of data & AI solutions in telco networks
- 10+ years of leadership experience including driving team performance management, competence management, resource management, strategy creation and execution management and P&L management
- Project and team management experience deploying complex system integration solutions
- Solid understanding of data science, machine learning operations and cloud-native technology
- Positive attitude to learn and grow
- A “can do” attitude in facing challenges
- Never settle mentality; curious, outspoken and emotionally intelligent
