**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Utilize technical data analytics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and meet organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Innovatively solve problems and implement creative solutions to enhance productivity.
- Set and track operational goals to drive success and meet performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a related field.
- Strong technical data analytics skills for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and social skills to inspire and lead a team.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving mindset.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
