Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-performance, high availability, scalable software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities.
- Improving the performance of existing software to be high available and scalable.
- Provide support in all phases of software development life cycle and ensure to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with other team members and support them to develop most effective technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects.
- Work with other team members in planning, prioritizing, estimation and executing assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Assist in project planning and delivery.
- Communicate project status when needed and discuss about new ideas and any issues.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation and design diagrams.
- Mentor and coach senior/junior backend engineers.
- Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.
- Recommending new technologies and practices that can help increase productivity.

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer and backend technologies.
- Proven experience in Node JS, Restful APIs, and databases.
- Proven experience in building complex scalable software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Solid Knowledge of microservices, containerization, serverless.
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
