**Responsibilities**:
- Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB to meet the client's needs.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
