We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Technician Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of our telecommunications data centers. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the facility, including the active equipment (legacy and cloud nodes for RNC, core, switches, etc.) and Spare parts proper handling and tracking.

**What you will do**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of data center suppliers.
- Delegate tasks, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Coordinate and manage tasks and actions needed and ensure compliance to SLAs.
- Track and handle spare parts.

**Technical Expertise**:
**Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all data center infrastructure, including**:

- Telecommunications equipment (RNC, core, switches)
- Legacy and cloud-based network nodes.
- Perform required tasks and actions and schedule repairs and activities as needed.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data center operations.

**Operations and Procedures**:

- Develop and implement data center standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Track inventory, manage spare parts, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Analyze data center performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes and upgrades to optimize data center efficiency and capacity.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate effectively with customer and internal stakeholders (operations, sourcing line management) and external suppliers.
- Lead all technical discussions with customer on this regard.
- Prepare regular reports on data center performance, maintenance activities, and potential risks.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and lessons learned.
- Track and report spare parts status and requests.

**The skills you bring**:

- 8 years of experience in data center operations and maintenance, preferably in a telecommunications environment.
- leadership skills and experience managing.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications equipment (RNC, core, switches) and network infrastructure.
- Experience with legacy and cloud-based data center technologies a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
