As an Entry-Level Tour Operator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and organizing travel packages for our clients. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth tour operations and learn the ins and outs of the travel business. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about helping others explore the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, organizing, and executing of travel packages and itineraries for groups and individuals.
- Communicate with local and international suppliers, such as hotels, tour guides, and transportation services, to ensure high-quality experiences for clients.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on travel packages, pricing, and options.
- Handle inquiries from clients and offer travel advice based on their preferences and budgets.
- Help coordinate logistics to ensure smooth travel experiences, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Support senior team members in resolving any client issues or changes in itineraries.
- Keep records and maintain documentation of each tour package and booking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination updates, and new travel products.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
