**Position Overview**:
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join Vitrin team. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and execute the full cycle recruitment process.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and facilitate onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment techniques.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee new hire onboarding and paperwork completion.
- Provide HR support as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter for different positions and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong organizational prowess coupled with effective time management skills.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing challenges efficiently.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding and attracting top talent.

**6 working days and 2 Saturday part time**
Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
