**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Odoo implementation.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Odoo and other systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users in utilizing and maintaining the Odoo system.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the Odoo system.
- Stay up to date with the latest Odoo updates, features, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including configuration, customization, and module development.
- Experience in gathering and documenting client requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze client business processes and design efficient and scalable solutions in Odoo.
- Knowledge of accounting, inventory management, sales, and other business processes.
- Experience in providing training and support to end-users in using Odoo.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
