1.تنفيذ خطط وأهداف البيعيه للشركه ،توزيع الأهداف على مندوبين البيع لكل منطقه. 2.متابعة تنفيذ العروض والتخفيضات على المنتجات المقدمه من للعملاء وكذلك توزيعها على مندوبين المبيعات مع متابعة خطوط السير. 3.تطبيق سياسة الشركة المالية والبيعية والإلتزام بفترات وقيمة الإئتمان الممنوحه للعملاء ومتابعة مديونيات العملاء. 4.متابعة مشاكل العملاء والعمل الفورى على حلها مع رفع تقرير مفصل عنها للمدير المباشر. 5.متابعة وجود سجل كامل لكل العملاء الحاليين والمستهدفيين فى المنطقة المحددة له وذلك لضمان استمراريه تعامل العملاء مع الشركه. 6.متابعة وتقييم أداء فريق المبيعات بشكل شهرى.
