**Job Description**:
As a Mechanical Draughtsman specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Plumbing systems with over 3 years of experience in Cairo, Egypt, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Drafting: Creating detailed mechanical drawings, plans, and schematics for HVAC and plumbing systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- CAD Proficiency: Demonstrating proficiency in CAD software to produce precise and comprehensive mechanical drawings for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Collaboration: Working closely with mechanical engineers, HVAC designers, plumbers, and other team members to translate design concepts into accurate drawings.
- Code Compliance: Ensuring that all drawings adhere to relevant local and international building codes, standards, and regulations governing HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Material Selection: Assisting in the selection of HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, piping materials, and other components based on project requirements and performance criteria.
- Revision Management: Managing revisions and updates to drawings throughout the design process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project changes.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting reviews of drawings to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with design standards and specifications.
- Deadline Management: Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliverables for HVAC and plumbing drawings.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to understand requirements, address concerns, and facilitate project coordination.

This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in CAD software, and a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems and components. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, are also essential for success in this role.
