**Description**

**Job Purpose**

Maintain communication between Etisalat and outsourcing warehouse companies in order to ensure that all warehouse logistics procedures are carried out on time efficiently and aligned with company policies and procedures.

**Report To Position Name**
- Maintain stock levels and take necessary actions if any deviations occur to ensure products availability.
- Release required memo according to the company policy (DOP) to ensure adhering company procedures.
- Create item code for any new products and make sure that each product has its own code to ensure tracking and avoid any product loss.
- Follow up on warehouse coordinators work to ensure smooth operations and provide them support when needed.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL**
- Bachelor Degree at any discipline

**QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE**
- Arab Academy graduate from major: Logistic and Supply Chain Management.

**EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL**
- From 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse or any related field.

**EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE**
- Experience at using Oracle.

**CERTIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL**

Essential:

Desirable:

- Inventory and Warehouse training certificate.
