**職位概述**
進行調查並收集與盜竊/欺詐或丟失物品、噪音投訴、毆打投訴、食物中毒投訴，以及其他客人投訴和事件有關的證據。與有關方進行面談，以獲取與事件有關的陳述和資訊。在發生事故、攻擊或其他事件時，協助並通知經理/主管、當地員警或其他適當的人員。完成事件報告並記錄所有安全/防損相關事件，如盜竊、事故、物質危害和火警。處理業務中斷和投訴，如可疑的個人、內亂或示威、噪音投訴、醉酒人士等等。在不干擾酒店有序運作流程的情況下，護送任何不受歡迎的人員離開酒店。消除客人或員工的干擾/爭執，包括在必要時召集相應當局並記錄事件。
遵守所有公司和安全政策及程序；報告任何維護問題、安全隱患、事故或傷害；完成安全培訓和認證。確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業。維護專有資訊的機密性；保護公司資產。支援所有同事，並給予尊重和尊敬。支援團隊達成共同目標。遵守品質保證預期和標準。在沒有他人協助的情況下，移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 50 磅的物體。協助移動、舉起、攜帶和放置重量超過 75 磅的物體。在較長一段時間內或整個工作班次中保持站立、就坐或行走。以回應工作情況所需的速度行動（如跑步、步行、慢跑）。閱讀和目測驗證各種格式的資訊（如附屬細則）。目測檢查工具、設備或機器（如識別缺陷）。使用電腦和/或銷售點系統輸入和查找工作相關資訊。抓住、轉動和操控不同大小和重量的物體，這需要良好的動作技能和手眼協調。雙手上舉過頭或下伸過膝，包括屈膝、扭身、拉伸和彎腰。穿過狹窄、受限或架空的空間。在傾斜、不平整或光滑的表面和臺階上活動。上下樓梯和/或服務坡道。根據公司的標準，歡迎和答謝所有客人。使用清晰、專業的語言與他人交談，並以適當的禮儀接聽電話。對酒店區域的不速之客保持警惕。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
