Kids Club Coordinator

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet children and parents upon arrival at the Kids Area
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for children
- Plan and oversee daily activities and games for children of different age groups
- Ensure the safety of children at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized Kids Area
- Monitor and report any behavioral or medical concerns to parents and management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to both children and parents
- Collaborate with other resort departments to coordinate events and activities for children
- Attend training and meetings as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children preferred
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)

Working Conditions:

- This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
