Roles & Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive English language training programs tailored to the specific needs of employees within the corporate environment. This includes creating lesson plans, selecting appropriate teaching materials, and integrating relevant business-related content.
- Proficiency Assessment: Conduct initial assessments to determine employees' English language proficiency levels. Regularly assess and track their progress throughout the training program, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their language learning goals.
- Individualized Training: Tailor language instruction to meet the specific needs and objectives of employees. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to address individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Group Training: Conduct group training sessions to facilitate collaborative learning and foster communication skills among employees. Plan and facilitate group activities, discussions, and role-plays to enhance language fluency and confidence.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Incorporate cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication training into language instruction. Help employees develop an understanding of cultural nuances in business communication and foster an inclusive work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering training / 4000 training hours achieved whether
online or physical training.
- BSc or BA degree in business٫ HR٫ finance, education, or other relevant area; additional certification (such as PCT) will be a bonus
- Proficiency in instructional design and creating learning programs is a must.
- Proficient in diverse research methodologies.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English languages is a must.
- Proficiency in using digital learning tools is a plus.
- Previous experience working with development entities/ projects is a plus.
- Good practical experience with MS Office٫ particularly with PowerPoint٫ and learning management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Significant experience with teaching methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication٫ presentation and public speaking skills
