EHS Specialist

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- The EHS Specialist is responsible for supporting the Head of EHS to implement and review the health and safety management system through promoting a positive health and safety culture in the workplace.
- Ensuring workers are complying with safety legislation, safety policies and practices
- Implementing and monitoring SE zero harm program
- Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks
- Ensuring compliance with country-specific, Siemens-specific regulations
- Ensure IFC requirements at the work site by means of daily inspections; where necessary, stipulating measures, checking and documenting thereof.

**What You Bring**
- Prior experience in a direct Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) role
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment across all disciplines within the organization including operations, maintenance, human resources as well as contracted services.
