Job Summary

Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
- Always thank and give fond farewells to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
- Assist guests with table reservation
- Assist guests while seating.
- Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
- Has a good knowledge of menuand presentation standards.
- Able to answer any questions regarding the menu and assist with menu selections.
- Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.
- Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serves Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
- Serve food coursesand beverages to guests.
- Sets tables according to a type of event and service standards.
- Communicatewith the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait, and product

availability.

Minimum Requirement

1-2 years experience as a restaurant Captain or a related field with a cumulative

experience in food and beverage.
- Experience

in a 5-star luxury hotel company is a Preferred or reputable hotel chain or with

similar restaurant experience.
- Good

communication skills in English, particularly to deal effectively with people

from diverse backgrounds

**Salary**: From E£4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 1 year (required)
