**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team You will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring a positive and productive work environment across all our restaurant locations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for all restaurant positions (front-of-house, back-of-house).
- Conduct background checks and reference checks.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped and comfortable in their roles.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with all employees.
- Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee development.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
- **Benefits & Compensation**:
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, paid time off, etc.).
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
- Oversee workers’ compensation claims and maintain communication with insurance providers (if applicable).
- Assist with restaurant audits and ensure adherence to HR compliance.
