Custodian

**Principal Accountabilities**
- JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Digs ditches using hand tools, loads and unloads trucks.
- Moves materials, furniture, and equipment, mixes, pours, and spreads concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials; assists in physically handling and movement of material and equipment.
- Have basic knowledge of and be willing to learn to operate lawn equipment, including push and riding mowers, chain saws, weed eaters, and other task-required equipment after proper instructions.
- Cleans tools, equipment, and work areas; aids other workers by performing miscellaneous duties. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and shampoos floors, carpets, furniture, drapes, and office areas. Cleans kitchen areas and ensures proper use of cleaning supplies.
- Clean indoors and outdoors areas of trash, debris, and rubbish. Perform landscaping and general physical labor.
- OTHER or ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES _
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Title of Supervisor: Property Manager / Maintenance Manager / Facilities Supervisor**

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Must have knowledge of English and Arabic, verbal and written.

**Experience & Education**
- High School diploma desired.
- One (1) year of related work experience. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods.

**Physical Requirements/Working Environment**

Ability to perform physically demanding work under normal weather conditions.
