Develop, update, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, protocols, and standards within the MEP Engineering Team.
- Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialists, BIM Technicians, BIM & Design System Lead, and BIM Technical Managers in other Architecture and the Structural Team.
- Implement and contribute to the Company’s quality plan.
- Organize, configure, and maintain projects.
- Design using HAP and Elite.
- Manage Revit project production, project contents, and Standard Library objects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models.
- Mentor on core BIM design systems.
- Provide day-to-day BIM technical support to the engineers.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- **Minimum 2-5 years** of actual working experience in **Revit**.
- Awareness of **codes and plumbing calculations.**:

- In-depth knowledge of the latest version of Autodesk Revit with experience in creating search sets, running clash detection, and producing clash reports.
- Experience with Dynamo and **Navisworks is a plus**.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage sensitive and often confidential information.

**Work location: El Dokki**

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£18,000.00 per month

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
