**About you**:
**Responsibilities**
- Work with Project Managers to determine project goals and deliverable time-frames.
- Manage the development and QA members in the professional services team
- Create processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Mentor development team to adopt best practices
- Work and meet with project managers and clients to prioritize and deliver
- Plan solutions with clients and project managers for the clients
- Dive deep into code to develop or diagnose issues
- Work with dev-ops to structure best processes
- Communicate your work, progress, and blockers to your coworkers and leads.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the related industry.
- Previous experience using Node.js, HTML, CSS & React.
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- An ability to work autonomously and manage your workload and deadlines effectively.
- Having a good eye for design.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to constantly learn and adapt to new challenges.
