**Job Description** Head Cashier**

A Head Cashier, or Senior Cashier, oversees the cashier staff and overall functions of a retail store. Their main duties include addressing employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers have the correct amount of cash at all times

The spectacular reception leads the way to 540 elegantly designed rooms, suites restaurants, bars and a health club the 25th floor with a comprehensive range of fitness facilities including a signature Willow Stream Spa as well as a sky-high swimming pool.

**Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to)**:

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.

**Qualifications** Job Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers
- Communicate with customers and address any problems they may have
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service associates
- Operate registers and perform general checkout functions
- Generate reliable and accurate till reports from every register
- Resolve cash tills when closing, ensuring the money matches the report and is stored safely
- Assist cashiers with requests such as price checks
- Maintain a clean working environment by wiping down registers during downtime

**Job Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or cashier experience.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
