Principle C++ Engineer with Adaptive Autosar

**Project** Description**:

- Develop Automotive components for various domains for premium carmaker system at Luxoft Automotive Division. The project life-cycle is covering all the stages from design to development and delivery to the client. The project team works in tight collaboration with one of the premium OEMs in the world. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that is developing functionality for the most technologically advanced cars in the world:
- Automotive Navigation
- Automotive IVI
- Telematics
- Instrument Cluster
- In-vehicle Platforms
- Driving Functions

**Responsibilities**:
Coach the team and empower them.
Help the team to develop an agile mindset, to live and work according to the agile values and principles.
Help the team members to be able to make a fair commitment, with a decent challenge but without over-committing themselves to what they can achieve in a sprint without cutting quality corners.
Represent team on technical forums with customer.
Customer technical support / issue root cause analysis technical support. Software development (C++) of Autosar compliant component.
Code Reviews and team support.
Unit test design.
Bug fixing.

**Skills**:
Must have

6+ years experience in the Automotive field
Experience with Adaptive Autosar
Experience with C++
Experience with Python
Strong communication skills
Customer interfacing
Experience with functional safety
Experience in working in an Agile environment and especially scrum.

Nice to have

Experience with ASPICE
Knowledge with QNX
Experience of security
CAPL scripting
Vector Canoe Knowledge

English: C1 Advanced
