The Banking Call center agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to banking customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat. The agent will handle inquiries, complaints, and account issues related to banking products and services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in contact centers or customer service related roles
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
