What you’ll be doing:

  • Early on, you’ll be training and learning to be on a path to becoming a commercial insurance producer, where you’ll apply your skills in the following areas….
  • Consistently driving new business revenue (after you’ve learned the industry) through networking, prospecting, cold calling, presentations, and industry events.
  • Being a strategic advisor & consultant to your prospects and clients, helping them implement positive change and risk mitigation in their companies.
  • Managing overall client relationships and driving consistent and predictable profitability, client satisfaction, and organic growth
  • Acting as a thought leader in the industries you serve, participating in industry associations, organizations, boards, and charities, as appropriate, to develop and maintain effective networks within the business community
  • Consistently doing what is best for clients and colleagues.
  • Leading (not managing) team members during the sales process and ongoing client strategy projects.

Your Qualifications:

  • We don’t need you to have a commercial insurance background, but we do require you to have a successful sales track record in a business-related discipline.
