Director of FB

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, increase profitability, and maximize efficiency in the Food & Beverage department.
• Develop and monitor budgets for the Food & Beverage department.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health department standards.
• Manage staff recruitment, training and development, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B venues.
• Review and establish F&B menus and promotions.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and manage projects related to F&B.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the F&B department.
  

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in budgeting, team management, menu development, inventory management, customer service, food safety regulations, project management, restaurant repositioning, and strategy development.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
