Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in account management customer service or a related role in a servicebased industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate concepts clearly.
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


Associate s Degree in a related field. Prior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills, especially typing. Attention to detail. Multilingual may be preferred or required. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
