Job DescriptionRoles/Responsibilities:This job is ideal for those who are passionate about learning, and meeting new people and willsuit people who enjoy working in a challenging and target-driven environment.The CSO s role and responsibilities will include and is not restricted to the following. Generate footfalls, online meetings, applicants, and enrolment through telemarketing/participating in events / visiting schools and colleges in the region Interact and advise potential candidates about international study opportunities, theapplication process, and work opportunities. Should ensure a high rate of conversion from lead generation into applicant and/orenrolments Deliver a session on International Study and Work opportunities to relevant audiences. Ensure that required follow-up activities are carried on in time with customers and toensure business development. Work closely with the counseling team, operations team, and student to ensureapplications are processed in a timely and accurate manner Should ensure that the management is aware of market feedback and trends in the studentcommunity. Ensure that student records are maintained in an effective manner and necessary followups are undertaken to ensure that the student receives his/her offers in time. Must constantly upgrade his/ her on destinations, universities, and their courses. Must be aware of the visa process/ required information to effectively complete theassigned tasks. Undertake outstation and Campus visits to promote the services of the company. Ensure that all required reports are submitted in time and accurately. Effective use of the internal Software Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions. Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and proceduresas neededGood communication and Negotiable skills is required.Exp: Fresher interested in Sales with good communication or experienced Office Timing: 9.30 am to 6 pm. Work days: Monday to Saturday Work from office opportunityEducation/ExperienceQualifications and Experience Required Graduation or Post Graduation in any field. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales
